SHIPPING POLICY
Last updated: 28 September 2026
This Shipping Policy explains how Plouise processes and delivers orders to customers in the United Kingdom.
1. Shipping Destination
Plouise currently serves customers in the:
United Kingdom
Availability may vary for certain remote locations or addresses that cannot be serviced by our logistics partners.
2. Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within:
Up to 3 business days
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding applicable public or bank holidays.
Processing times are based on United Kingdom local time.
Processing includes order verification, fulfilment preparation and transfer to the applicable logistics provider.
Processing time is separate from transit time.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
| Destination | Processing | Estimated Transit |
|---|---|---|
| United Kingdom | Up to 3 business days | Up to 20 business days after dispatch |
These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.
International transportation, carrier disruption or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may occasionally cause delays.
Mandatory consumer rights relating to delivery remain unaffected.
4. International Shipping Origin
Plouise operates using international suppliers and fulfilment facilities located in Asia.
Your package may therefore be shipped directly from an international warehouse rather than from the United Kingdom.
This allows us to offer products through our cross-border fulfilment network.
5. Multiple Packages
If your order contains multiple products, the items may be fulfilled by different facilities.
As a result:
-
products may arrive separately;
-
each parcel may have its own tracking number; and
-
parcels from the same order may arrive on different dates.
You will not be charged additional delivery costs solely because we split an order into multiple parcels.
6. Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after the shipment has been processed and the tracking number becomes available.
International tracking may take several business days after dispatch to display its first meaningful update.
This does not necessarily mean that the parcel has not been shipped.
7. Import Duties and Taxes — DDP
Orders to the United Kingdom are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis.
Applicable import duties and import-related taxes required for delivery are included as applicable under this arrangement.
Customers should not normally need to pay additional customs or import charges when receiving an eligible order.
If a carrier unexpectedly requests an import payment that appears inconsistent with these terms, contact us at:
Please retain any notice or receipt relating to the charge so that we can investigate it.
8. Delivery Delays
Delivery dates displayed by Plouise are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
International shipping may occasionally be delayed because of:
-
customs processing;
-
carrier congestion;
-
severe weather;
-
transport disruption;
-
high seasonal demand;
-
remote delivery locations; or
-
other events outside our reasonable control.
If your order has exceeded the estimated delivery period, contact us and we will investigate the shipment.
9. Lost Parcels
If a shipment appears to be lost, please contact:
We may investigate the shipment with the fulfilment or logistics provider.
Where an order is confirmed as lost or otherwise not delivered and you are legally entitled to a remedy, we will provide the appropriate replacement, refund or other remedy required by applicable law.
10. Parcels Marked Delivered but Not Received
If tracking states that a parcel was delivered but you cannot locate it:
-
Check around the delivery location.
-
Ask members of your household.
-
Check with neighbours or building reception where appropriate.
-
Contact us if the parcel remains missing.
We will review the available tracking and delivery information and assist with the investigation.
11. Damaged Packages
If an order arrives visibly damaged, please contact us as quickly as possible.
Where possible, contact us within 48 hours and provide:
-
your order number;
-
photographs of the package;
-
photographs of the product; and
-
a description of the damage.
Reporting quickly helps us investigate the shipment.
The 48-hour request does not remove statutory rights you may have if you contact us later.
12. Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, contact us at:
We will review the order and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy and applicable law.
13. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address.
If you discover an error, contact us immediately.
We will try to update the address before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfilment has begun.
If a package is returned because the customer supplied an incorrect or incomplete address, reasonable reshipping costs may apply where permitted by law.
This does not apply where the delivery error was caused by Plouise or our service providers.
14. Failed Delivery or Refused Parcels
If a carrier cannot deliver a package because of circumstances attributable to the recipient, the parcel may be returned.
Please contact us if this occurs.
Any reshipment, return or refund will be handled according to the circumstances, our Refund & Return Policy and applicable consumer law.
15. PO Boxes and Remote Areas
Delivery to PO Boxes, remote areas or locations with special carrier restrictions may not always be available.
If we are unable to fulfil an order to the address provided, we will contact you.
Where no alternative delivery arrangement can be agreed, the affected order will be cancelled and refunded.
